Two of Pembrokeshire’s most talented Weightlifters played key roles ensuring the Welsh National team secured a team win at the recent Celtic Nations.
The youngest Welsh Team member, Daniel, competing above his age category for this event broke Welsh and British u15 records with impressive technique and weight lifted. Snatch 68kg / Clean and Jerk 87kg
The Welsh Girls Youth team, again saw representation from Pembrokeshire with Lotty, also competing above her usually age category. Demonstrating levels of power and proficiency, Lotty secured a 53kg Snatch and a 70kg Clean and Jerk.
Both Dan and Lotty will now focus their efforts on the Welsh International Open in February and the Budapest International in March.
